6.54mi, 56:53, 8:42ppm
I needed a nice no-brainer after my rest day, so I ran a big loop; Park-Kirby-Quince-Lynnfield. I started off good, but felt a little sluggish, so I attempted a simple tempo run. At mile three, I stepped up the pace to 8pmm for the entire mile. Then when I backed off, I settled into an 8:45ppm and ran that all the way home. It was a nice little boost to get me to where I needed to be pace-wise. I ran past a crossfit class warming up which made me nostalgic for my crossfit days. It was a nice distraction to say the least. Miss this place.
