I wasn't expecting this run. I decided to run at home after work. I think I was hoping it would be a little cooler and a change of scenery to help me get through what I was expecting to be a hot miserable run. I went out for an undetermined amount of mileage, and came back with 7mi. I probably could have gone for an additional hour but I was already delaying dinner. You know the temp wasn't really that bad. I think it was near 80F out but it was nice and shaded in the neighborhoods. I also listed to episode of THIS AMERICAN LIFE which is always entertaining.
